At G&H Hardwoods, we take pride in providing quality hardwood products and materials. Because our products are often selected, prepared, cut, handled, or delivered based on each customer’s specific order, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, purchased, picked up, delivered, or otherwise fulfilled.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Hardwood lumber
  • Slabs
  • Dimensional hardwood
  • Custom orders
  • Special-order materials
  • Finished or unfinished wood products
  • Clearance, discounted, or sale items

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing a purchase. This includes confirming wood species, dimensions, quantity, grade, finish, pricing, and any other order details.

Natural hardwood products may vary in color, grain pattern, texture, knots, checks, mineral streaks, and other natural characteristics. These variations are part of the natural beauty of hardwood and are not considered defects.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom-cut, milled, surfaced, finished, or special-order products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect all products at the time of pickup or delivery. Any concerns regarding damage, incorrect items, or order discrepancies must be reported immediately before the product is accepted or removed from the premises.

Once an order has been accepted, picked up, delivered, or signed for, G&H Hardwoods is not responsible for any later claims, returns, refunds, or replacements.

Final Sale Policy

By completing a purchase with G&H Hardwoods, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final and that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.
